The No. 1 & No. 1A Under pressure Drilling & Tapping Machines are designed to tap ½", ¾" & 1" bsp directly into metallic mains or via a tapping strap into metallic or AC mains. The machines will operate on all pipe diameters from 2" upwards. The No. 1 is a traditional design with a robust malleable iron body. The No. 1A is also durable but of lightweight construction with an aluminium body. The J1 & J2 are a modern design incorporating a stainless steel body for optimum performance and durability. They can be used in conjunction with saddle straps, saddle clamps, ferrule straps & welded nipples.

The Universal inserts a wide range of ferrules, plugs and nipples up to 2" diameter. Features of this machine include a pressure equalisation valve and safety pressure check valve ( to ensure correct insertion before removing machine).
Compact, lightweight, Under pressure Branch Drilling & Tapping Machines for live drilling of Water, Gas and Chemical lines. The No. 4 is hand operated and has a capacity up to 4" diameter with a pressure rating of 16 bar. The No. 6 can either be hand operated or power driven and has a capacity up to 6" diameter with a pressure rating of 16 bar.
